About Ayurveda Guide

Ayurveda Guide is an independent editorial site about Ayurveda, the wellness tradition from India. It exists for a simple reason: most information about Ayurvedic herbs and practices is marketing, while these products have real effects, drug interactions and risks (quality, heavy metals in some imported preparations, pregnancy).

Who publishes the site

The site is published by Clem corp (Clément Lacaille, sole proprietorship), under the Tech-Bharat brand, a small French business that builds and runs information websites. Clément Lacaille is not a physician, pharmacist or licensed Ayurvedic practitioner, and the site does not pretend otherwise: there is no invented author and no made-up credential here. That is exactly why the articles never give treatment advice and send you to a health professional whenever symptoms, medication or pregnancy are involved.

How articles are produced

The English articles are adapted from our French site, guide-ayurveda.fr. They are written from an editorial plan and written rules (see our method), and checked before publication: structure, a precautions section, valid internal links. Since September 2026, the most-read pages are being reworked one by one: every study cited is checked on Crossref or PubMed (title, authors, year, study type) before being linked by its DOI or PubMed record. Today, 581 of 1030 articles cite at least one publication with such a verifiable link.

What we don't do

  • We do not diagnose, treat or promise a cure. In the US, dietary supplements are not approved by the FDA for safety or effectiveness before they are sold; nothing here should be read as a health claim.
  • We publish no testimonials, customer reviews or satisfaction scores: we do not collect any.
  • No brand pays to appear in our content.

How the site is funded

The site sells a few ritual and wellness accessories in its shop (tongue scrapers, jars, textiles…): never herbs, supplements or anything to swallow. Articles are not written to sell these accessories, and no shop block appears on pages about dangers or health.
