Terms of sale

These terms govern the sale of physical items offered in the Ayurveda Guide shop. Placing an order means you accept them. Version in force as of September 22, 2026.

1. Seller

Items are sold by Clem corp — Clément Lacaille, sole proprietorship (Tech-Bharat brand), publisher of Ayurveda Guide. SIRET 828 126 151 00012, 19 avenue des Rochers, 94170 Le Perreux-sur-Marne, France. Contact: admin@tech-bharat.com.

2. Products

The shop offers wellness accessories (utensils, ritual objects, textiles…). They are neither medical devices nor dietary supplements: no product in the shop is meant to be ingested, and none replaces medical advice. Descriptions and specifications reflect the manufacturer's information; photographs are as faithful as possible but colour shades are not contractual. Availability is checked at payment: if an item is no longer available, the order cannot be completed.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros, VAT not applicable (art. 293 B of the French tax code). Shipping costs €3.90 per order and is free from €39; it is displayed in the cart before any payment. The applicable price is the one shown when you order. For deliveries outside the European Union (United Kingdom), import duties or taxes may be charged by the carrier on arrival and are borne by the customer.

4. Ordering and payment

You build your cart on the site, then pay on Stripe's secure checkout page (debit or credit card). No card data passes through our servers. The order is firm once the payment is confirmed; a confirmation email listing the items, the amount and the shipping address is sent to you. We reserve the right to refuse a clearly abnormal order or in case of a payment dispute.

5. Delivery

Parcels ship from our supplier's warehouse and are delivered within 8 to 15 business days after payment confirmation, to metropolitan France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Monaco, Germany, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal, Austria, Ireland and the United Kingdom. A tracking number is emailed to you at dispatch. In case of a significant delay, a damaged or lost parcel, write to us: we reship the item or refund you. Check the parcel on receipt and report any anomaly within 48 hours.

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with French consumer law (articles L.221-18 et seq. of the Code de la consommation, transposing EU Directive 2011/83), you have 14 days from receipt to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason. Simply write to admin@tech-bharat.com with your order number. The item must be returned within 14 days of your request, complete and in a resalable condition; return shipping is at your expense. The refund (item and standard outbound shipping) is made no later than 14 days after we receive the return, by the same payment method. Sealed hygiene items that have been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned (article L.221-28).

7. Legal guarantees

All items are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Code de la consommation, two years from delivery) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). In case of a defect, write to us with your order number and photos: depending on the case, the item is replaced or refunded, return costs included.

8. Personal data

The data needed for your order is processed as described in our privacy policy (payment by Stripe, address passed to the fulfilment partner, invoices kept for 10 years).

9. Customer service and disputes

For any question or complaint: admin@tech-bharat.com. We reply within 5 business days. Failing an amicable solution, consumers may use a free consumer mediation service; these terms are governed by French law.
