Description

The alarm goes and you are not ready to talk to anyone yet. The cushion waits by the bed: you sit on it cross-legged and let five minutes pass before breakfast, as our guide to morning meditation suggests. A low, round seat that is easy to grab.

It is a low seat. To lift the hips more, slide a folded blanket underneath or choose our thicker corduroy round cushion.
