This guide or free resources?

  • Retreat listings and “best retreats” rankings: show photos and nightly rates; they don’t help you check a centre’s credentials, compare three centres on the same grid or add up the full cost (flights, visa, insurance, treatments, extras).
  • Asking centres directly: essential, and the guide gives you the 30 questions and ready-to-send email templates in English and French so you can compare their answers.
  • Booking without preparing: the deposit is often the first money you commit; the offer costs €69 and is refunded within 14 days if it isn’t useful.

Frequently asked questions

Why isn’t the retreat guide sold on its own?

Because a retreat is prepared and then carried on: at each stage the guide refers to the four included practical guides (routine, seasons, self-massage, food). The offer brings it all together in one payment.

I already bought one of the four guides. What should I do?

Email us before buying the complete offer, from the address on your receipt: we will reply case by case.

Does the guide recommend centres?

No. It ranks no establishment and takes no commission. It quotes two rates published by centres to give orders of magnitude, and gives you the method to assess the centres you are interested in.

Is it useful for a short retreat in Europe?

Yes. The grid, questions, budget and return plan apply to every format; the chapter on official markers covers France, Switzerland, Germany and Austria.

Are the three kitchari days a fast?

No. You eat three real meals a day, as much as you want. It is a gentle food transition after the programme, with no health promise, not advised without medical advice in the situations listed in the guide.

What format is the guide?

A private web page laid out for A4 printing: in any browser, the “Save as PDF” button opens the print dialog, where you choose “Save as PDF”. You keep a PDF on your computer or phone and can print it.

How do I access the guide after paying?

Instantly: after payment, Stripe sends you back to your guide’s page. Stripe also emails you a receipt. If you lose the link, email us from the address on the receipt.

What if the guide isn’t right for me?

Email admin@tech-bharat.com within 14 days and we’ll refund you in full, no questions asked.

Does the guide replace a practitioner or a doctor?

No. It is a guide to wellbeing and cooking practices inspired by the Ayurvedic tradition. For any symptom, treatment or particular situation (pregnancy, illness), see a doctor.
